Double click on an atom deletes it
Double click on a bond deletes it
Single click on a bond changes its type
Single click on an atom selects it for delete; fix/ unfix; show/ hide; bonding controls in the "Atom" tab
Single click on 2 atoms in succession connects them with a single bond
Single click on the molecule viewport selects it for delete/ refresh/ recycle/ save controls in the "Molecule" tab. It also fix/unfixes it.
You can also manually perform atom/bond CRUD operations using the Node Id (can be fetched by hovering on the entities)
If the molecule is stuck after an operation, select the viewport and click on Refresh in the "Molecule" tab
